Number of Servings: 6


    Onion 3C. Chopped
    6 ounces of beef and Turkey
    1/2 med, head of red cabbage chopped
    4 Lg. Carrots sliced
    2 Tsp. Table salt
    1 Tbl Black Pepper
    2 Tbl. Ground Curry Powder


You could serve this over hot rice or Chinese noodles . We prefer this dish as is without the extra carbs from noodles or rice. If however you choose to serve this stir fry over rice or noodles you will need to adjust the calories. Either way you serve it you will simply love the flavor of this dish!


Pour enough oil to just barely cover the bottom of a Wok or Large skillet. When oil is hot put chopped onions and sliced carrots in pan. Let these vegetables cook for about five minutes.
Add cubed beef and Turkey breast meat-Also cubed
Add red cabbage. Cover and let cook on medium high heat for about 20 to 25 more minutes.
Stir occasionally.

Serving Size: 1 cup cooked per serving
