    8 oz wild rice (cooked pkg instructions)
    1 lb ground bison
    1 small can water chestnuts sliced
    1 can beef broth
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1/2 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 jar mushroom slices


Cook rice and ground meat per pkg directions
saute carrot, onions, and celery 5 min till soft
mix all remaining ingredients in large bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Turn in 9x13 baking dish and place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
