    Approx. 22 1/2 cup servings -

    4 cups old fashioned oatmeal
    1/2 cup ground golden flaxseed
    2/3 cup honey
    3/4 cup peanut butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup peanuts, chopped
    1 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup raisins (or craisins)

Can be modified to add/remove whatever ingredients you like. Don't overstir while baking/drying to get bigger chunks of granola. Freezes well. Good on yogurt or with milk.

Heat over to 300 degrees.

Spread oats and flaxseed on 10x15 jelly roll/cookie pan. Warm peanut butter, honey and cinnamon in sauce pan until heated through. Stir in vanilla and pour over oats/flaxseed. Stir to coat.

Bake for 35-40 min., stirring occassionally. (If you like granola with bigger chunks, don't over stir.)

Add 1 cup of hot water to raisins and let sit 10 min. Drain.

Remove from oven and turn oven off. Sprinkle nuts and raisins over the top, stir to mix and return to oven for 1.5 hours to dry (stirring occassionally). Store in air tight container(s).

Serving Size: 22 - 1/2 cup servings
