    2 cups Flour
    2TBS sugar
    Baking Powder 3tsp
    salt 1/2 tsp
    1 egg
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/4 c melted butter
    1/2 pound sausage
    1/2 cup sharp cheddar


Combine dry ingredients. In a second bowl combine egg, milk & butter. Mix with dry ingredients until moist. Fold in sausage and cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned

Serving Size: Makes 6 standard muffins
