    I lb of breakfast sausage
    3 potatoes
    8 eggs
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1 tbsp salt or season salt
    1 tbsp pepper


cook sausage in skillet, set aside, brown diced potatoes in same skillet
lightly grease 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan
add potatoes in baking pan, lightly salt/pepper
add cooked sausage on top of potatoes
top with cheese
add uncooked scrambled eggs on top and add remainder of salt/pepper on top
bake for 30 minutes- until eggs are fully cooked
