    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into tenders
    1 medium onion sliced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tb butter
    2 Tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 1/2 C fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/3 C heavy cream (heavy or whipping)
    1/3 C skim milk
    1 tsp granulated chicken bouillon
    1 Tb flour
    1 Tb Parmesan cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Turn the chicken to cook evenly. Add onions. Cook 3 - 5 minutes.
3. When onions are tender, add garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and flour. Stir to coat mixture with flour. Cook 3 minutes.
4. Add milk, cream, bouillon, and cheese. Stir well. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
5. Serve over pasta
