    1 10 0z pkg frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 lb ground beef
    1/4 cup onion
    2 tbs flour
    garlic salt
    1 1/4 cup milk
    1 8oz cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 pkg refrigerator crescent rolls
    4 oz Monterey Jack cheese sliced.


Wow a lot of calories. Not sure it will be worth it. But if this is all that you have on hand for the family dinner then I guess you do what you have to do. Just make due.


cook brocc. according to pkg. set aside
brown beef with seasonings and onion
add in cream cheese, flour, milk and egg
Let thicken, add brocc.
Roll one package of crescents in to a 9x13 pan
pour mixture over top, layer cheese slices on
Roll other pkg of crescents over top, brush with milk
bake 350* for 30 min. Cover with foil bake 10 more min. Let stand 10 min and serve
