Ingredients

1 medium onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 whole wheat pitas
1/2 C nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/2 C chopped cucumber
4 mini bell peppers
Directions
1. Place chicken breast in slow cooker. Top with onions, garlic, lemon pepper, and oregano. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
2. Take chicken out, and dice or shred. Stir yogurt into the onion mixture. Toss the chicken in the sauce.
3. Spoon chicken into the warmed pitas, and top with cucumbers and bell peppers.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Pita Sandwiches
