    2 = 8.5 oz ( 240 g.) Boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

    2= Eggs

    0.5 cup 2 % Milk

    1/ 4 cup chopped Jalapeno's

    3 cloves garlic chopped

    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    add all ingredients ...Mix, pour into a Hot buttered Iron skillet........Bake at 400 for aprox. 30 / 40 min. or until brown & done..........................


Mix all ingredients together.....pour into Hot Med. size buttered skillet,,,,,,bake for approx. 30 to 40 min. until brown & done................

Serving Size: In Med. size Iron Skillet it makes 8 slices
