    cut a 2# spaghetti squash lengthwise
    scoop seeds from the center
    drizzle with 1 tbsp of virgin olive oil
    1/4 of salt


let the squash cool then use a fork to scrape the inside of the squash shells


bake at 350 for 45 minutes
