    5 Chicken Breast
1 10 ounce bag of frozen broccoli
6 medium russet potatoes no skin chopped ionto bite size chunks
1 pkg of cream of broccoli dry soup mix
2 pkg (3 serving) potato soup dry mix
    black pepper
    3 tsp cornstarch

you could also put this in the slow cooker just be sure to boil chicken first then add to the slow cooker.

Put Broccoli (frozen), soup mixes, potatoes, and whole chicken breast (I keep mine frozen), in to a 6 quart pot, and add 6 to 8 cups of water. You don't want to add too much water so it doesn't boil over. After the chicken is fully cooked remove it from the soup and shred. ( I use my Ninja, but and chopper or even a fork would work.) Put the chicken back in the soup and reduce heat and add cornstarch for thickening. Let the soup simmer on low/med for about 20 to 30 minutes carefull to stir often so it doesn't stick to the bottom. Remove from heat , cool, and enjoy.
