Ingredients

    4 cups non-fat Milk
    2 Cups rinsed and drained quinoa
    3 cups apple juice -sugar free
    2 yellow delicious apples or apples of your choice
    2 tbls cinnamon
    1/2 raisens
    5 tsp splenda
    Optional:
    maple syrup
    vanilla soymilk
    honey
    more splenda

Tips

You can add milk, vanilla soymilk and more sweetener, honey, maple syrup on top if desired. You can even change up the fruit and add nuts if you want to.
Delicious and very nutritious


Directions

Rinse and drain the quinoa, pour juice, and milk in crockpot.

add diced apples, raisens, cinnamon and splenda
Mix together
Let cook for 6-8 hours overnight on low.
