    2 TBS Oat Bran
    2 Tbs Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    2 egg
    2 slices extra lean ham
    1 oz banana pepper rings


This makes a savory dish. If you prefer a sweet dish then omit the pepper rings and use a sugar free syrup on top.


Mix Oat Bran, Yogurt and one egg together. Dice the banana pepper rings and mix into pancake mixture. pour into a small skillet and cook till top loses the shine. Flip pancake over and place the ham on top. When pancake is browned on both sides remove from skillet. Cook the egg how you prefer and place on top of pancake.
