Ingredients

    1 32 oz Beef Broth Low Sodium + 1 14 oz. can Low Sodium Beef Broth
    6 C Water
    4 Pkg. Food Lion Stew Veggies
    3 14.5 oz cans Del Monte Diced New Potatoes -drained
    2.25 lb Beef Chuck Tender Steak
    1 T Olive Oil
    1 T Red Wine vinegar
    1 T A-1 Steak Sauce
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Trim fat from beef and slice into bite size pieces. Brown beef in olive oil. Combine Veggies, broith, and water in a slow cooker. Add beef and cook for 4-8 hours. For a shorter cook time cook on high. For a longer cook time cook on low. Makes 12 1 cup servings.
