    2 onions, cut in segments
    three large chicken breasts
    1 tbsp grated ginger
    1 tbsp crushed garlic
    1 cup oyster sauce
    1 cup water
    4 cups of any vegetable you like - cabbage, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, capsicum etc
    2 spring onions
    1 tbsp loive oil


Cut onions into segments and cook in oil in large wok/pan till clear. Slice chicken into thin strips across the grain. Add fresh grated ginger, crushed garlic, oyster sauce, water and chicken and cook over high heat. Meanwhile, steam veges (any veges will do, whatever is in season and you like) for 5 minutes until lightly cooked. Add veges to pan with two sliced spring onions for a minute so the sauce goes all over the veges, then serve and enjoy!
