Ingredients

    1 C oat flour
    4 scoops protein powder
    1/2 t baking powder
    1/4 t salt
    2 qt True Lemon Raspberry Lemonade Mix
    3/4 C egg substitute
    1 C unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 C water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.

Spray an 8x8 glass dish with nonstick spray.

Pour ingredients into dish.

Bake for 30 minutes or until you can cut through bread without it sticking to the fork.

Can make 8 bars or 16 bars (with 2 square per serving)
