Ingredients

1 C old fashioned oats
1 C unfrosted shredded wheat cereal
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/2 C egg substitute
1/4 C honey
2 t vanilla
1/4 C almond butter
1/4 C dark chocolate chips
1/4 C unsweetened baking cocoa
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Pray an 8x8 pan lightly with cooking spray
Place craisins in food processor and pulse unitil lightly chopped
Add the shredded wheat, oats, cinnamon, and salt into processor and pulse until mixture is finely chopped and well mixed.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, vanilla, and almond butter.
Add the oat mixture and chocolate chips and stir until combined.
Spread in prepared pan and bake 15-18 minutes until edges are slightly golden.
Let cool completely in pan before slicing.
Serving Size: Makes 8 Bars
