Chicken & Cabbage Dinner Chicken & Cabbage Dinner

    1 Cup chicken breast, diced
    olive oil
    1/2 cup onions
    2 garlic cloves
    2 cups chopped raw cabbage (or 1/2 bag raw coleslaw)
    2 tblsp of Fat Free Italian Dressing
    1 Jalapeno Pepper chopped
    .5 Cups peas
    2 tbs Frank's Redhot Sweet Chili Sauce

    Add any other type of vegtable you like. Often I use the california blend vegtables for something different.


Fry chicken, onions, and minced garlic in olive oil.
Add Cabbage (I use the shredded cole slaw packages instead of cabbage)
Add chopped jalepeno peppers
Add 2 tbsp of Fat Free Itialian Dressing
Add any other seasonings (cayanne pepper is good).
Fry on medium heat until cabbage is tender
Add peas the last 2 minutes or until no longer frozen.
Optional - Add 2 tbs Franks' Redhot Sweet Chili Sauce last minute. Serve.
