one time the lamb cutlets collapsed while turning them, so I crushed them into small pieces and mixed them together with the potatoes and the sauce :)


cut potatoes into smaller pieces (like 2x2 cm) put them into water, add salt to your taste and boil it. the smaller are the pieces, the faster they get ready. Usually it takes about 15-20 minutes after the water starts boiling.

lamb, egg, chopped onions, crushed garlic, cinnamon, salt, pepper, some flour (any, but I used corn flour, cause this is what I had at home). Make palm size dumplings/pancakes (or whatever size you want) and fry them on the pan. If you need add some olive oil.

I usually make some sauce for potatoes:
coconut milk, salt, pepper, some spices to your taste.
and mix boiled potatoes with the sauce.
