    1 Can White Chicken Breast (approx. 12oz)
    2 Tbsp Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp Light Mayo
    1/2 Large Granny Smith Apple, chopped
    1 tsp Curry Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    Dash of Black Pepper (to taste)


Add raisins and/or chopped almonds for a different experience. Adjust curry powder, salt, pepper to suit personal taste.


Combine all ingredients and serve on favorite bread, or with lettuce. Tastes even better after being refrigerated (flavors meld).

Serving Size: Makes approx. 4 servings
