    2 cups Brussels Sprouts
    1/4 minced onion
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    Salt to taste
    1/4 cup Honey Dijon Mustard
    1 Tbsp lite Maple syrup (or sugar free)
    Black pepper to taste


Try adding Bacon Bacon (vegetable bacon chips) for additional flavor.


Saute minced onion in olive oil (medium heat) until softened. Add Brussels sprouts and salt, saute additional 5 minutes.

Add 4 Tbsp water, coat sprouts, then cover pan. Cook over medium heat 5-8 minutes (until Brussels sprouts are bright green and fork tender. May need to add more water during cooking to prevent sticking.)

Whisk mustard and syrup in small bowl until smooth. Add mixture to pan, coat all sprouts. Add a dash of pepper. Serve hot.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
