I make this for my husband and I so we have easy breakfasts for the week I make this for my husband and I so we have easy breakfasts for the week
Number of Servings: 12


    6 large eggs
    6 slices bacon
    1 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1.5 oz cheddar cheese


This recipe will last all week in the refrigerator. Just microwave a square and breakfast is ready!

This can be eaten as is. My husband adds cheese and eats it. I will put a square into a bagel thin and eat it like a breakfast sandwich.


Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes 12 squares
