    4 C old fashioned oats
    1 1/2 C packed brown sugar
    1tsp cinnamon
    1tsp salt
    1 C almonds, sliced
    1/3 C honey
    1/3 C canola oil
    1tsp vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 300.
1- Put dry ingredients in large bowl and mix together.
2 - In saucepan warm honey & oil together. Once warm, whisk in vanilla.
3 - pour over dry ingredients and stir together
4 - pour mixture onto a 15x10 baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes - stirring gently every 10 minutes
5 - Put pan on cooling rack and let cool completely

Store in airtight container (I use mason jars) for up to1 week, or freeze for up to 3 weeks.

Serving Size: Serving size = 1/2 C (makes 7 cups)
