    12 oz lean ground turkey
    8 oz white mushrooms chopped
    6 oz can water chestnuts chopped
    3 scallions chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced

    1/4 cup lite soy sauce
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp rice vinegar


Brown turkey. Add scallions , garlic , and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are done. Add water chestnuts. Combine remaining ingredients to make sauce. Add to meat mix and cook until hot and slightly thick.
Serve meat in lettuce cups with veggie toppings.
