Basic cornbread with calorie reduction ingredients. Basic cornbread with calorie reduction ingredients.

    1 1/4 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
    1 Cup all purpose flour
    1/4 Cup whole wheat flour
    4 Teaspoons Donmino light sugar & Stevia blend
    1/2 Teaspoon salt
    1 cup plus 2 tablespoons low fat buttermilk
    1/4 cup eggbeaters


spray a 8" baking pan and pre-heat oven to 400

wisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl

wish togehter wet ingredients in a small bowl

add wet to dry, do not over mix

pour batter into pan and spread evenly

bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes

cool in pan, cut into 9 servings each approximatley 2" square
