    20 oz. pkg Butterball 97% Fat Free White Meat Ground Turkey
    2 pkg McCormick Taco Seasoning
    2 pkg Hidden Valley Original Ranch Mix
    2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
    3 Cans Rotel - Mexican Cilantro & Lime
    2 Cans Tri Bean Blend
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can White Hominy
    1 Can White Shoepeg Corn
    1 32oz. Box 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
    1 Diced Onion
    2 tsp Minced Garlic


I make this in one large stock pot because there is nothing to drain off once the meat in browned.
Brown Turkey (you may want to add a little broth while browning to prevent sticking)
Add onion and garlic to turkey while browning
Add 1 pkg of Taco Seasoning to browning turkey
Once fully browned add remaining broth
Add tomatoes and rotel - DO NOT DRAIN
DRAIN - Beans, Corn, & Hominy and add to pot
Add remaining taco seasoning and ranch mix
Let simmer until flavors blend

Serving Size: Makes approx. 12 -- 1.5 cup servings
