    2 tsp canola oil
    .75 cup onion
    2 cloves garlic
    .5 cup green bell pepper
    1.25 cup tomato
    8 oz chicken breast, cooked
    8 oz thigh, cooked
    8 oz vermicelli
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp chili powder
    2 liters water


saute chopped veggies in oil, add shredded chicken, spices, and water. towards end add vermicelli. cook until noodles tender
