    one box Barilla elbows (12 OZ)
    Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (12 oz) Fat Free or 75% FF
    Fat Free Evaporated Milk -2 (12 oz can)
    Chicken breast boneless skinless pre cooked (16 oz)
    Broccoli Frozen pieces (10 oz)
    2 Tbsp Black ground pepper
    Butter or Margarine (1/2 stick)
    4 TBSP seasoned bread crumbs


I make this and freeze left overs in air tight containers. If you don't like the chicken and broccoli you can depleat it from reciept. It caomes out just as good. I have also added peas and chopped ham pieces. YUMMY


Boil pasta , set aside. pre cook chicken and set aside.
I use steamer veggies so I steam broccoli in Microwave and set aside. In a saucepan melt butter then add flour and pepper. When thick slowly add evaporated milk. stirring to break down flour. Add cheese. When starts to melt shut off heat. put pasta in pan, add broccoli and chicken. Toss around until blended. Pour cheese sauce over top. blend all together until well blended, Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Let set together and preheat oven to 350. Bake in oven for 30 mins or until you can see cheese bubbling. Remove and serve.
