Ingredients


    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Green Beans (snap), 1.5 cup
    Crushed Tomatoes, 100 grams
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoon
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 20 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, 3 tbsp
    Beef, top sirloin, 18 oz
    Carrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2")

Directions

Cut up beef and onion and put into a pot with 6 quarts of water, and seasonings to taste. Let simmer for one hour. Add all the other vegetables. Check seasoning flavor and add more as needed. Simmer for approximately 2-3 hours. Makes 24 - 30 1 cup servings
