    1 cup sliced onions
    2 cups bell peppers
    2 tbs olive oil
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    2 tsp cumin, ground
    8 oz pre-cooked frozen shrimp, thawed
    6 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
    2 limes juiced
    4 whole grain tortillas


Saute onions & peppers in oil w/ garlic & cumin for 6-8 minutes, until tender. Toss in shrimp, cilantro, and lime juice w/ hot veggies. Fill tortillas w/ mixture. Enjoy!
