Ingredients

    1/4 c. sugar (or 1/8 c. Splenda Blend)
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup of margarine, softened
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 egg white
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet
    chocolate chips.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Mix sugars, margarine, vanilla
extract and egg white in large
bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda,
and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls
about 2 inches apart onto
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake
8 - 10 minutes, or until golden
brown. Cool slightly, remove
from cookie sheet. Cool
Completely on wire rack
