Introduction

This is sooo good. My grandmother's recipe, cut down of course. She would have made this for ten! This is sooo good. My grandmother's recipe, cut down of course. She would have made this for ten!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large potatoes
    .25 cup tomato sauce
    .5 cup diced colby jack cheese
    .2 cup diced onion
    1 cup chicken broth
    3 cups water

Directions

Cube potatoes, bite size.
Bring to boil all ingredients, except cheese.
Simmer 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
It is important to not overcook the potatoes.
Cube cheese and divide for each serving.
Spoon into bowls and add cheese.
