    1 cup Red Kidney Beans
    1 Raw Onion chopped
    2 Cloves of Garlic chopped
    4 tsps. Lawry's Taco Seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Olive Oil


This is wonderful in tacos or pitas or flour tortillas with chopped onion, tomato, lettuce, cheese, sour cream.


Soak kidney beans overnight. Put a pan of water to boil season with salt and pepper, cook for 1 hour. Drain but save the water it boiled in. Put in food processor and grind to a paste. In a frying pan, heat the 1 tablespoon olive oil and add chopped onion, chopped garlic and cook until translucent. Add bean paste to frying pan and add cooking water keeping the bean paste creamy add taco seasoning stir.
