    3 Lg tomatoes, unpeeled, unseeded, quartered
    1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilles
    1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
    1/2 chopped red bell peppers
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
    1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro or parsley
    3 tsp garlic minced or chopped
    1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cumin


Use as dip
Mix in salads
Works as "pizza sauce"
Top a baked potato


Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
PULSE till desired consistency.

Chill at least one hour to let flavors blend

Serving Size: 12 - quarter cup servings
