    1cup chicken broth
    1celery stalk
    1spring onion
    1bucnch of fresh spinach


put celery onions and chicken broth in pan cook for 5minutes add spinach and place lid on pan let steam for an additional 5 minutes.remove lid and let broth reduce by 3/4
