Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 5 tsp
    Ground beef, 16 oz
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    beer stout GUINNESS can
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup
    Cumin, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Saute Onions and garlic in olive oil
Add ground beef and brown
Drain oil/grease and transfer to large pot
Add tomato sauce, jalapeno, beer and spices
Simmer for 30-45 minutes
Add black and kidney beans
Simmer for at least 15 minutes. The longer the better
