Ingredients

    1 banana
    1 apple, cored and sliced
    1 carrot, grated
    2 c. spinach
    1 c. plain, lowfat yogurt
    2 T. lemon juice
    1 t. ground ginger
    1 T. flax seed
    1 T. vanilla
    water (as needed)
    2 c. ice

Directions

Combine and blend till smooth.
