    1.5 lbs chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1.5 cups water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cups frozen broccoli
    1.5 cups Whole Grain Brown Minute Rice


Heat oil in skillet - med/hi heat. Add chicken breasts, cover. Cook 4-5 minutes each side, or until done. Remove chicken from skillet. Pour in soup, water, and broccoli. Bring to a boil, and add rice. Put chicken back in. Cook on low for 5 minutes.
