Introduction

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of Classice Cole Slaw - Dole
1/2 cup Red Apple (washed -not peeled)
1/2 cup Golden Delicious Apple (washed -not peeled)
1 cup onion (diced or sliced -your preference)
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Spray bottom of skillet
Put in the onion - cook until semi tender and lightly browned
Add apples and cole slaw
Fry until desired texture.

(I remove the skillet from the heat and cover with a lid while I am making the pork chops. )
Just before the pork chops have reached your desired wellness --cover them with the Cole Slaw-Apple-Onion Fry - remove them from the heat - cover with a lid to keep warm while you plate your other food)
Serve the Cole Slaw-Apple-Onion Fry over your 3oz pork chops with whatever other vegetable you wish.
