    1 lb. lean Ground turkey
    1 cup chopped yellow onion
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. jarred minced garlic
    24 oz. can Hunts Garlic & Herb Pasta Sauce
    8 oz. can Hunts Basil, Garlic & Oregano Tomato Sauce
    9 Barilla Lasagne Noodles
    16 oz. fat free Cottage Cheese
    Egg, 1 large, lightly beaten
    8 oz. part skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
    1/2 cup Parmesan & Romano Cheese


Heat oven to 350 F. Brown turkey and onion with spices in large skillet; remove from heat and drain, then stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce. Meanwhile cook your lasagne noodles to al denti and drain.
In small bowl stir together ricotta cheese, egg, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and the parmesan & romano cheese.
To assemble spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 3/4 c meat sauce; place 3 pieces cooked noodles over sauce; Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture over noodles, spread 1/3 of the meat sauce over cheese mixture covering pasta completely. Repeat layers of noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture two more times.
Top lasagna with remaining mozzarella. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes; remove foil. Bake 10-15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
