    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .75 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .125 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .75 tsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .75 cup (remove)
    *Onion powder, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Kitchen Bouquet, .125 tsp (remove)
    Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1.25 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


Option: after browning in the oven can place meatballs in a crock pot, cover for soup mixture, and cook on low for 3-4 hours.


Mix: 1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup minced onion
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
3/4 cup dried bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk

Roll into 1 inch balls, placed on greased baking sheet and cook for 20 min at 375.
While this is cooking mix:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
add kitchen bouquet for color

Remove browned meatballs from cooking sheet, place into a glass baking dish, pour liquid mixture over, cover and cook at 350 for one hours.
