    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Minced onionc - 2tsp
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .25 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Green Beans , 1 cup
    Campbell's Healthy Request, Tomato Soup, 1.34 cup
    French's Worchestershire Sauce, 2 tsp


Brown meat and then add all ingredients. Simmer until thickened.

To get a more true shepherd's pie feel - serve over baked potato and top with lf cheese and sour cream (not included in calculations.)
