    chop onion and garlic
    add to food processor with
    yogurt cheese
    chopped artichokes
    parmasan cheese
    process until smooth
    you may add salt and pepper to taste


You can also add a small amount of crumbled feta or blue cheese on top after heating


Put in oven proof dish and bake at 400 degrees
until bubbly or microwave on high for 2 minutes for 1/4 cup

Serving Size: makes 2 cups . each serving 1/4 cup
