Directions
Oven 350. Cook the egg noodles as directed.
Spray Pam a 9 X 13 a baking dish.
Put the half bread slice in a food processor and reduce to bread crumbs.
Melt butter, add onions, mushrooms and red peppers. Do not brown the onions.
Add the flour, cook for about 1 minute.
Add the milk, cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the cheese, cook for another 2 minutes to melt.
Add the frozen veggies, tuna and cooked egg noodles. I even added the tuna juice from the can.
You can add a dash each of garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper and smoked paprika. (I did).
Put mixture in prepared dish, put the bread crumbs on top. Put in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
