Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. (1 stick) Land O Lakes, Salted Butter (softened)
    1/2 c. Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
    3/4 c. Domino - Light Brown Sugar
    1 Large Egg
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 1/4 c. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    3/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350.

In a large bowl combine the softened butter & peanut butter. Add the sugar & the egg to bowl. Mix it really well until fully blended, smooth, fluffy, & glossy. Stir in the vanilla extract, then add the salt, baking soda, oatmeal, and flour. Stir until well blended.

Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with the back of the spoon (these don't spread very much). Bake at 350 for 12 mins.

Serving Size: Makes 24 cookies
