    6 oz spaghetti, cooked according to directions
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 cup onions, chopped
    1/4 cup garlic, minced
    1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (not packed in oil), diced
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup parmesan, shredded


In a large skillet, cook the bacon, onions, garlic and tomatoes. Remove and set aside. Add the butter and flour to the skillet, once the butter is melted and combined with the flour, whisk in the milk. Add the pasta, parmesan, and bacon mixture. Cook over medium to low heat until the sauce thickens enough to coat the pasta.

Serving Size: Makes four servings
