Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 pkg Bird's Eye Frozen Rice & Vegetable Mix
    1 pkg McCormick's Meatloaf Seasoning
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Go on, get your hands in there...

Loosely shape 24 meatballs and drop into muffin tins (I use silicone muffin pans because they are totally non-stick).

Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

    Very Good
    Just made these for dinner. Really good! I have enough room in my day to have 4 meatballs as a serving. I also did a makeover and made mine with 2 lbs of Turkey because I don't eat red meat. Doing that took my calories down to 94 calories per meatball. I'll be making these lots. Great recipe! - 12/7/13

    The calories are per meatball. I usually have 2 or 3 depending on how hungry I am with a big side of veggies.

    Spark uses stock photos. I agree, this is a rather large serving size! I usually only have two.
