    12 large mushroom caps
    2/3 cup part skim milk, ricotta cheese
    1 cup frozen spinach, thawed
    1 clove garlic, minced finely
    2 tbs parmesan cheese, grated


Clean mushroom caps and set aside.
Take thawed frozen spinach and squeeze dry. You will be left with about 1/2 cup spinach.
Mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, and spinach.
Fill mushroom caps with stuffing.
Bake at 350 for about 10 to 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Place under broiler until golden brown on top.
