    Au jus gravy (meat drippings)
Argo Corn Starch - 2 Tlbp.
    water
    Salt - dash
salt and pepper to your liking

Tips

If you are making a large amount of gravy from a large amount of drippings, increase your corn starch by small amounts (it goes a long way). This can be made with any meat drippings.

Directions

Use drippings from meat and heat over low flame. Add water if needed. In a small cup add 1/2 cup of water, dash of salt and corn starch. Stir til it forms a runny paste. Slowing add to drippings, stirring continuously until the drippings thicken to your liking. Remove and put in gravy bowl to serve. If you have a lot of drippings, increase your gravy with water.
