    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4.8 oz each)
    ½ cup white sugar
    ½ cup vinegar
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tablespoons soy sauce
    3 rings of pineapple (canned)
    ½ cup of pineapple juice (use what’s in the can)


Combine the sugar, vinegar, garlic, soy sauce and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Cook on med-low and stir until sugar has dissolved.

Put the chicken in the crock pot. Chop the pineapple rings into chunks and add to crock pot. Pour the sauce over the chicken.

Cook 4-5 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low. Serve it over rice and enjoy.
